Labor Relations Law
Our team counsels employers in the private and public sectors regarding union and non-union employee issues. We represent management before various state and federal administrative agencies and boards including the National Labor Relations Board, the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations, the Board of Mediation and Arbitration and in federal and state courts. A significant portion of our labor practice is dedicated to collective bargaining as lead negotiators. We advise management regarding decertification campaigns and maintaining union-free status.
